I’m a Policy, Ethics, and Compliance Consultant with over 18 years of combined corporate and consulting experience across policy, compliance, ethics, and HR, helping organizations strengthen governance, reduce risk, and move from assumed compliance to real compliance. 

I work with leadership teams to audit, develop, and operationalize policies, processes, and ethics frameworks that are defensible, practical, and aligned with regulatory expectations, drawing on experience supporting organizations across more than 16 countries in North America, Europe, Australia, and the Asia-Pacific region.

I bridge the gap between legislation and implementation — delivering compliance-ready work that reduces legal risk and legal fees.  

While I am not a lawyer and do not provide legal advice, my work is grounded in careful review and interpretation of relevant legislation, regulations, and codes. By embedding legal and regulatory considerations early, I help organizations complete the majority of foundational compliance work efficiently — reducing reliance on high-cost legal hours and allowing legal counsel to focus on targeted review rather than full development.
